Just as a note here, I was called a liar about this meeting and I quote "that meeting did not happen, and there is not an emergency on Noble Street. That was a village employee who is no longer here that raised that alarm".
Well Bellaire, I am calling B**L S^&T on this one. Here is the meeting.

Do not get me wrong. I like Vince. But things like this will not stand! Let me set this up for you. This is a meeting between a person who just had his welfare taken away ON A LIE. And here is the proof of that lie. Vince signed the paperwork to not be annoyed by other people in the village. In their own words people!
Hello people. This one may confuse you a bit. I am going to start by saying I agree with Lou Ann's Bennett's position on this. I believe the car lot should have been allowed. But the question I have to this sound byte is "did she have permission to speak at the council meeting as the president of the Chamber of Commerce"? I do believe that ANY speaking engagement less announcement of activities needs to be approved. And if the Chamber of Commerce is taking a position on a legal matter then I do believe that is also true. So in my opinion this is yet another case of "foot in mouth". She did not have permission to take a legal standing on this issue. If she wished to speak as herself, then of course that is fine. But she clearly stated her position and where she was speaking from. Enjoy!

Yes I was there. Yes I recorded it. Yes it was an emergency that has NEVER been taken care of (to my knowledge). They knew about this, and they still have a metal plate sitting on the road (which is collapsing underneath). And yes I was told that I was a liar for saying this in a post, and I quote "it is not an emergency" they told me. Well I beg to differ. IN THEIR OWN WORDS PEOPLE!
During a council meeting I was trying to present a plan to council. This plan was a plan to clean the streets and get rid of the raccoon and rat problem in the village. You will now hear the graphic responses to my presentation. And this is NOT PRETTY PEOPLE. This is a sitting council person speaking about doing horrible things to wild animals.

And yes, this was taped at the council meeting Aug 17th, 2012, on council floor with the council and the Bellaire PD present as witness to this statement.
Jim Chase was railroaded out of office for much less then this. There is a huge double standard if you are not part of the "village clique group"

The interesting part to me was the admissions made on this recording.
1.) Lou Ann Bennett is "chairman of zoning appeals"
2.) The threats made by the code enforcement officer against the lawyer.
3.) The admission that the zoning person being spoken to (one Russell Burkhart) is and WAS NOT impartial during this meeting. He was an advocate for one side...big no-no Russ!
4.) The lawyer kept his composure while surrounded by idiocy.
5.) The admission that village council was behind this action AND NOT the zoning board. Which I may add is illegal as well as immoral as well.
6.) One of the council members declared that she was at that meeting to impose her will upon everyone there. I have seen this before on council chamber's floor. And people said it did not happen. Well here it is for all to hear.
I am NOT OUT TO GET anyone. In fact, I was an advocate for change in this village. But not this kind of change. In fact I did not, nor did G-d not appoint a leader for this village. There is a group of people who decide on items for this village. And daily that system is being trampled upon. STAND UP BELLAIRE and do not allow a few people to dictate public policy in closed chambers, back rooms and Marla's office. THAT IS NOT HOW A VILLAGE GOVERNMENT RUNS, and it is about time that the sunshine laws were brought to this village. TIME TO SHINE LIGHT ON THIS DARKNESS PEOPLE.
This is a snip-it of a zoning meeting where your very own Councilwoman Lou Ann Bennett announces she represents the city, village, chamber and herself all in one voice. Which is not true (less herself part). Council is 6 people who decide. The Chamber has to have a vote to assign the president to act on their behalf. When I posted about this online I was called a liar by Lou Ann herself. So here is my vindication, and I will be posting the entire meeting as well today! Enjoy Bellaire. Here it is in her own words!
